Why we should have our own farbic factory?
To strictly control the fabric quality and reduce costs, also develop our own style fabric, we established the fabric textile factory in 2018. The factory spans 40,000 square meters across three floors.
1st Floor, Undyed Fabric and Dyed Fabric Warehouse
Each batch of dyed fabric need to undergo thorough inspection by experienced fabric inspectors before packaging and being delivered to our apparel factory.

2nd Floor, Raw Material Warehouse and Large Circular Knitting Machines Workshop
We maintain a long-term stock of various brand materials such as Korean Creora Spandex, American Lycra and German RUDOLFY Antibacterial Agents, etc. to produce a wide range of functional fabrics based on customer market demands. 60 units of 34-inch large double-sided circular knitting machines could produce 5,000 tons of high-stretch undyed fabric each year.

3nd Floor, Fabric R&D Department with Test Lab
Our fabric R&D department was established in 2017, comprising a team of six undergraduate or graduate students majoring in textiles from renowned domestic universities. This team is dedicated to analyzing and researching the composition, functions, and styles of the latest and mainstream sports functional fabrics at home or aboard. According to market demands, we develop no fewer than 8 new fabric styles each month and conduct comprehensive testing in our fabric laboratory before recommending them to customers.

We have a fabric showroom of 300 square meters, divided into Lycra, Nylon PA66, Spandex, Recycled Fabric, Antibacterial Fabric and Cool Feeling Fabric, etc sections, also with printing, tie-dye, jacquard and rib fabric samples. There are up to 800 sample cards for our VIP customers to choose from.
